Wise Words are a valuable commodity.. How do you use your words?? Proverbs 25:11-15 11A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver. 12As an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, so is a wise reprover upon an obedient ear. 13As the cold of snow in the time of harvest, so is a faithful messenger to them that send him: for he refresheth the soul of his masters. 14Whoso boasteth himself of a false gift is like clouds and wind without rain. 15By long forbearing is a prince persuaded, and a soft tongue breaketh the bone. There are five kinds of words used in this text. 1) Appropriate Words.. V.11 2) Reproving Words... V.12 3) Refreshing Words.. V.13 4) Vain Words... V.14 5) Kind Words.. V.15 Take a moment to think about what words you use most... If most of your conversations point back to option number 4, then its time for you to go back to the drawing board.

As we look throughout scripture and follow the life of Jesus we can see that there were generally 2 classes of people who received attention from him.
1)People who received his ministry and his work.(Luke 19:2-5)
2)People who ministered to him. (Luke 10:38)
Jesus saw people as needs that he could meet if they allowed him to. If they denied his help, he kindly removed him self.
Take a close evaluation of the people in your life, and ask yourself this question. “How can I meet a need in there life.”

Tough Tender
Doing right Being real
Confronts destructive problems Considers diverse perspectives
Demonstrates strength & courage Demonstrates sensitivity and care
A stickler for results A stickler for relationship
Extremely professional Extremely Personal
Secure enough to take criticism Secure enough to serve the critic
Always embraces the responsibility Rarely enforces the rank of the position
Which are you?? Truth of the matter is every great leader possess both the ability to be tough and tender! Jesus is the perfect example for this. In Luke 10, you need to be Tender. And he’s saying in Luke 22, you need to be tough. Because in Luke 10, he says to be like a lamb. Can you think of anything more tender than that? Luke 22, Tough. Supplies, money, timberlands on the ground, Swords on deck , off to conflict, the whole shabang. And there you have it Tough and tender.
"Therefore be imitators of God, copy him and follow his example, as well-beloved children [imitate the father]. EPHESIANS 5:1
As the son of a great man that has left an awesome legacy, i often hear how much i look like, sound like, walk like, etc. etc. so on and so on like my father. Its not anything that I try to do, it just comes natural because we were always around each other. If we resemble our earthly parents in the natural, imagine how much more your heavenly father desires us to resemble him! The more time you spend with God and understand his Word, the more you began to look like him, talk like him, create like him, and live like he lives! Today ask yourself this question, who do i resemble in the spirit?
A vision is the foundation of all leadership. A vision should also require a commitment to act. [2 Cor. 8:10-11 NKJV "And in this i give my advice; it is to your advantage not only to be doing what you began and were desiring to do a year ago; but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have."
The commitment to put action towards the vision is called a mission. In order to complete the mission, you have to set goals. Seek God for the vision, then its ready, set, goals!!
